Freight & Delivery Policy

Outlaw Speed Shop has negotiated very competitive prices on Australia Wide shipping with our selected carriers to save you money.

Shipping costs are influenced by the cubic size and weight of the parcel and your location. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are generally dispatched the same online business day if ordered by 2pm (South Australian Time), or within 1 business day where possible, check item for its shipping time.

Custom ordered parts may delay the process. Delivery times are estimated at 1-3 business days depending on your location within Australia. Far Northern areas in QLD, NT and WA could take longer, depending on the local carrier.

Shipping Destinations.

Domestic Freight

All freight around Australia is handled by StarTrack Express.
Purchases under 5Kg are generally transported by Air and taken to the local post office if no one is home at the time of attempted delivery.
Parcels 5Kg and over are transported by road and are returned to the nearest StarTrack depot if no one is home at the time of attempted delivery.
If delivery is unsuccessful, a card will be left in the post box informing you of where your parcel can be collected.

Delivery will be attempted once, if the delivery is unsuccessful, a card will be left in the post box informing you of where your parcel can be collected.
A signature is required when delivery is made, if no one is likely to be home please supply a work address.
There may be an additional fee if you request a re-delivery.

Parcels 5Kg and over will require a full address as road parcels can not be delivered to a PO Box.

International Freight & Import Duties/Taxes

International freight charges will be shown on your invoice.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your government.
These are your responsibility and will need to be paid when you collect your goods.
