Refund and Return Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, however please contact us at any time if you have any issues regarding purchases from us, as it is our goal to have satisfied customers. Proof of purchase of the goods from us, is required before we will consider giving a refund or exchange. Please keep you receipt.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where faulty goods are supplied by us, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased on the website.
If you order the incorrect part and the item is a stock line for us and has not been fitted or damaged, we will exchange it for the correct part, subject to any price adjustment. The return freight must be prepaid on incorrectly ordered items and the packaging must be in good condition to allow us to resell it.
DO NOT return any goods before making contact with us, as unauthorised returns may delay any exchange or refund.
